Testimonials
show/hide"Eenymeenyminymo saved our school time, money and a lot of grief, by providing fast, reliable stocktaking. Stocktake normally takes weeks but it was over in a couple of days without interrupting any classes. We're already booked in for this years."
- Sue-Anne Sheehy, School Administrative Manager Shoalhaven Heads Public School NSW.
"After years of negotiating with time poor staff to gain assistance with the annual stocktake, I have finally engaged Eenymeenyminymo to take over and perform our stocktake for us. They came to our school (of 450 students) and had completed their barcoding within 2 days on every item. Eeny then emailed me complete step-by-step instructions for a seamless upload into SAP Finance Stocktake. I can highly recommend Eeny for your stocktake needs - the cost compares to employment of a SAO for one week. STRESS LESS! Later we got a pass from the auditor (phew) and were told we were in the highest percentage of school approvals!"
- Fiona Hood - SAM - Hammondville Public School.
"Thank you for doing our stocktake this year, it was a pleasure to not have to worry about AND one less job on my ticket is always a good thing. Sean was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our schools needs 'stress gone'. The final reports that you sent with instructions made it was extremely easy to upload these through SAP and 15 minutes later I can tick that off my list. Eenymeenyminymo is definitely something that Sherwood Ridge PS will budget for each year for sure."
- Melissa Taylor – Admin Manager - Sherwood Ridge Public School - Dec 2017.
"Eenymeenyminymo Pty. Ltd. recently visited us at Windgang Public School to conduct our 2015 Stocktake. The company relieved all the concerns we had as we are a 229 or Business As Usual school and really had no idea where to start, our OASIS no's are useless in the new SAP system.
Over a few days all our equipment was barcoded with new no's and reallocated to new room numbers. A prompt, courteous and professional service and follow up to load the data onto our system, plus a full report for Audit purposes, excellent."
- Office staff - Windang Public School NSW.
"Thankyou - This is a great service!"
- Sue Taylor - Woonona East Public School NSW.
"We can happily recommend Eenymeenyminymo for stocktaking. Our school stocktake was undertaken with minimal fuss and interruption. Reports were printed for our own records and OASIS was updated with the new information. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and overall it has saved us a lot of time and effort."
- Judith Collins - Goulburn West Public School NSW.
"I saw Eenymeenyminymo presenting at the SASSPA conference in August. I immediately thought “what a great idea”. The stocktake is always a real trial! Not only very time consuming going from room to room searching and checking items but then processing all the changes in OASIS.
I am happy to report that we did engage Eenymeenyminymo to perform our 2015 stocktake and it was performed in a very professional manner.
Drew did in 2 days what would take me at least a week to do! Every item has been barcoded for future stocktakes and I have been sent a very comprehensive set of reports for future Audits. All the information was uploaded to our OASIS system and this only took about 2 hours!
I have been saved literally hours of work (possible an entire week, at least!). Thank you Eenymeenyminymo for your fantastic service! Thank you also to Drew, who did such a wonderful job at our school."
- Gai Bushby - Fairvale Public School NSW.
"Thank you so much for all the work that you both did to complete our stocktake. You came into the school and went about it without any fuss at all. Usually when we're doing the stocktake it is a very stressful and arduous task which takes forever to complete. I could not believe how easy it was for you. Thank you again for all the communication throughout the stocktake which was very much appreciated. You always arrived on time and on the day that you said you would and we hardly knew when you were there. We will definitely use your services again next year as you made it so easy for all of us."
- Marie-France Dulaurens - Hannans Rd Public School NSW.
"I want to thank you for an easy and problem free stocktake at our School. Andrew arrived and was very professional in the way the stocktake was carried out. If he was unsure of anything relating to the stocktake he asked questions and no errors were made. The upload into OASIS went smoothly and when data was taken for LMBR there were no errors. I am extremely happy with the service that was provided and will continue to use Eenymeenyminymo for our yearly stocktake. Thanks."
- Peakhurst South Public School NSW.
"Thanks so much for a very efficient stocktake!"
- SAM Culburra Public School NSW.
"Thanks Travis & Sam, happy to confirm that we would like to use eenymeenyminymo again in 2017. Our last two experiences have been very positive. You and your staff are a pleasure to deal with. Asset stocktakes used to be the responsibility of Head Teachers. They are very grateful that this has been taken off their hands!"
- Clare Bowditch - Griffith High School NSW.
"Stocktakes in school's are usually very stressful and time consuming, however this year with Eenymeenyminymo doing it for us I must say it was a pleasant experience. Andrew worked exceptionally hard each day going from room to room processing every item, plus finding many many more. He was very professional, asked questions and kept us up to date with his progress. The final reports are very clear and professional. Thank you again for a wonderful job."
- Belinda Hayes - Cammeraygal High School NSW.
"This is our second year of utilising your service and I commend you on your professional staff. The stocktake is done with bare minimum of interruption to staff and classes. By using your service we have saved many man hours in doing a difficult and frustrating task. As you can imagine in a school of 800+ students we have a lot of mobile technology (iPads, laptop) which are often difficult to keep track of."
- Elaine Pensabene - Strathfield South Public School NSW.
"Thankyou so much for helping us sort through our assets. Andrew was fantastic. It saved my staff from a very big job. Great work and would recommend you business to anyone. We will be seeing you next year. Thanks."
- Maureen Burns - Glenwood High School NSW.
"Thanks so much for your professional service, right from the start and to the finish. Steve was very thorough with his stocktake and did a fantastic job. The reports that you have sent through are very detailed and clear to follow. We would not hesitate in using your services again in the future."
- Henty Public School NSW.
"Travis and Sam completed the stocktake of the school in an extremely professional manner. This has saved me a huge amount of hours, stress and effort which had been previously not given the priority it should have. They worked in a competent manner and were respectful of the workings of the school. They even assisted me with the update of Rooms and Equipment in MAZE which was hugely helpful as it had got very outdated. The final reports were very clear and thorough. I can recommend their services to anyone. Thank you again for a wonderful job."
- Patricia Duffy - Franklin Early Childhood School - Gungahlin ACT.
"Thank you so much for an extremely thorough and stress free process, stocktake is now something I don't have to fret over anymore!"
- Kate Martin - Bert Oldfield Public School.
"Thank you so much! It has been a pleasure working with you both– Sam worked tirelessly throughout the school to find hidden items!! It has been so easy for the school! Best decision I have ever made."
- Bri Brockman - Florey Primary School ACT.
"Our school booked Eenymeenyminymo to do our Stocktake. We are a small school and simply do not have the time to dedicate to the stock in the school. Stocktake is a serious task and Eeny were very professional, came in, knew what we needed and did the task with such efficiency that we were super impressed and will be booking them from now on."
- Joan Clancy – Admin Manager - Regents Park Public School.
"We would like to thank yourself and staff for taking care of our Stocktake in 2017. Your "OUTSTANDING" service has made it so much easier for us, being a time consuming and lengthy task. We will definitely continue our service with you annually. Once again, thank you for your exceptional communication and prompt service. 5 Star Rating!!!!"

History
We work in partnership with Wesnet Pty. Ltd. which has been offering Stocktaking services to Victorian Government Schools since 1997.
How Does our System Work?
show/hideWe use Wesnet's WAMS (Wesnet Assets Management System) to conduct stocktakes in schools. Your Equipment Register is electronically loaded into our WAMS hand held scanner, along with the room register and department list. Once the scanner has all of this information downloaded to it, your stocktake can commence!
We first tell the scanner what room we are going into. After that, we begin the search to see which items are on the Equipment Register and which should be on. The scanner allows us to search your Equipment Register by serial numbers, makes, model, room and more. If we discover that the item we are searching for already exists in your Equipment Register, we place a barcode sticker on it with a unique number which corresponds to the Item No on your Equipment Register. On the other hand, if that particular item does not appear to be in the Equipment Register and we believe it should be on, we record its details to bring to your attention at the completion of the stocktake.
As we are doing the stocktake, we can use the scanner to modify information about an item also. For example, we record which items have changed location and we can add in any missing details (serial numbers, etc). We can even mark an item to have a barcode re-printed if it has been removed.
We will even make note of an item's condition if it appears to be too old or unusable. We produce a report of these items and can even assist in disposing of them on your Register if required.
After the physical stocktake we perform data matching and analysis and (if required) return to the school for any follow-up activities. For LMBR Schools we then send you the relevant data files for upload into SAP, and for OASIS schools we will upload this data into your Equipment Register for you!! YES YOU HEARD CORRECTLY!! We will even ensure your Register has the correct AMS Rooms from your Plans loaded into it.
Finally we produce a detailed report for your files, and a summary report for the Auditor. DONE!
The following years, in addition to the physical stocktake, we can perform further analysis of items that need Adding or Disposing of on the Register and assist your in performing these tasks also. We can also help remove old Non-AMS Rooms which no longer have items located within them.
Why Stocktake?
What the NSW Department requires of Schools during a Stocktake
show/hideParaphrased from School Manual on Financial Management Chapter 7, 2014
| # | DET Regulation | Eeny does? | Eeny's Offering |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Maintain register of ‘accountable equipment’ including items considered to be at risk of misappropriation or theft, ie: portable or attractive items (7.1.2). | ![]() |
Eeny’s general approach is to stocktake all items that may be attractive to thieves or be expensive to replace or repair in the event of an Insurance claim. The school has the final say in what or what is not recorded in the Equipment Register. |
| 2 | Accountable Equipment Items include (but not limited to): Computer equipment (incl printers, photocopiers), laptop computers, audio visual equipment, musical instruments, digital cameras, DVD/video players, televisions, mobile phones, tools, & other equipment critical to the operation of the school (7.1.3) | ![]() |
Eeny will ‘sight’ all these items and more (unless otherwise advised by the school prior to stocktake) |
| 3 | Accountable Items must be suitably marked (7.1.4) in a prominent position where it is readily visible (7.3.5) | ![]() |
Eeny will barcode and indelibly mark each sighted item in a prominent location |
| 4 | Accountable Item records must have eqp. number, description, serial number, make, model, location, date of receipt and staff member responsible (7.2.11) | ![]() |
Eeny loads all these details into the scanner and corrects them during the stocktake if needed (except date of receipt as we don't know this) |
| 5 | Accountable Items must be sighted annually (7.5.1) in order to establish location and condition (7.5.2) by way of an Equipment Stocktake | ![]() |
Eeny can do this for you annually or as you require. We note location and condition of items. |
| 6 | Stocktake should identify items that are not recorded in the Assets Register (7.5.4, 7.5.8, 7.5.15, 7.5.24) | ![]() |
Eeny records details of items not in the Register and even tries to Match them against unsighted items |
| 7 | Stocktake should identify incorrectly recorded items in the Equipment Register (7.5.4) and update them in the AR (7.5.26) | ![]() |
Eeny notes incorrect item details (eg: make, model, serial no. etc) during the stocktake for later update to the Register. OASIS forbids this however for some fields. SAP is more flexible |
| 8 | Changes of accountable item location should be recorded (7.5.14), updated in the AR and properly authorized (7.5.28). | ![]() |
Eeny records new and old locations of items and produces a separate report on this. Also we use the new AMS Room numbers and ensure they are loaded into the Register during the Data Stage. |
| 9 | Stocktake should be carried out by at least one person who is not responsible for the day to day custody and control of the equipment (7.5.6). | ![]() |
Eeny complys with and supports this notion |
| 10 | Stocktakers must visit all locations in the school (7.5.9) | ![]() |
Yes we do! Even dirty, dusty storerooms, server rooms and sheds (if we have been given access). We use the AMS maps/plans you supply us to ensure we get to all locations. |
| 11 | The worksheets used to record the results of the stocktake must be signed by the Principal and retained for audit verification (7.5.17) | ![]() |
Eeny produces summary and detailed reports after every stocktake that can be retained along with other stocktake records. We even show last year's/stocktake's differences. |
| 12 | When the Principal is satisfied that every effort has been made to locate missing items after two stocktakes, the item must be written off in accordance with Section 7.6 (7.5.21) | ![]() |
Eeny identifies items not sighted after 2 stocktakes and produce a report on these. Also we can assist in Disposing of these on OASIS/SAP in bulk once approved. |
| 13 | At the completion of the stocktake, the OASIS Assets Register will need to be updated with the date last sighted for all items, including changes to the location of equipment, staff member responsibility and items not listed on the worksheet (7.5.22) | ![]() |
Eeny performs all this in the Data Stage, ie: OASIS and SAP upload. |
| 14 | Items identified during the stocktake as obsolete or no longer of service to the school must be written off in accordance with section 7.6 | ![]() |
Eeny produces a Condition report for items noted as being ‘potentially obsolete’ or ‘disposal candidates’. |
| 15 | The opportunity should be taken during the stocktake to identify items which no longer fall within the definition of an “accountable” asset in accordance with Section 7.2 | ![]() |
Eeny can produce any item reports you like to help decide this. A common one is Computer Equipment > 6 years old. |
| 16 | A full stocktake of library materials must be conducted at least every two years (7.8.8). Includes Computer Software (7.10.1) | NOT YET | Eeny does not currently perform this service, but we may possibly offer this in the future using our existing system and processes. |
